These guys are a lifesavers! I'm a bit late in my review. I took my Samsung S23 Ultra to them on Sun 4th Jan 2026 as the battery had began to expand and my phone was struggling to hold its charge. I arrived around 11am and the battery was replaced and fully charged by 2pm. This may seem long, but the store didnt have my phones battery in stock but it sourced the exact battery from their sister store - which opened a bit later. They saved me a lot of grief as I was ready to travel to the Samsung store in Westfield to get the battery replaced. I've now realised that there is no need to do this.
