Our offers are discounted repairs on selected models, mostly older iPhones that people still use every day. The models currently on offer are shown above. This guide explains how offers work and how to make the most of them.
Repair offers change as parts prices change. Older models usually have the lowest prices, because parts are widely available. For example, battery repairs for the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus start from £29.99, and screen repairs for the iPhone 8 start from £45.

Every model on this page links to its own repair page, where you can see each repair, its price, the repair time and the warranty.
There is no code to enter. Choose your model, check the repair and either walk in or book a drop-off time. The offer price applies to the repair shown. If you are unsure whether your model is included, send us your model on WhatsApp and we will confirm.
Often, yes. A new battery or screen can give an older phone years of extra life for a fraction of the cost of a new one. Repairing also keeps working phones out of landfill. If we think a repair is not worth it for your device, we will tell you honestly before you pay anything.
An older phone that dies by mid-afternoon, shuts down in the cold or slows down under load usually needs a new battery. On an iPhone you can check the battery's condition in Settings, under Battery and then Battery Health. A new battery is one of the cheapest repairs and one of the most noticeable, which is why battery repairs often appear on our offers.
Cracked screens are easy to live with until the cracks spread, the touch stops working in one corner or a sharp edge catches your thumb. Screen repairs for older models are good value, and most are done while you wait. If the glass is cracked but the picture is fine, the repair is still worth doing before the damage gets worse.
We repair in our own shop rather than sending devices away, and we buy parts for the models people in Luton use most. That keeps prices fair across the board, not only on offers. Every price is shown before you book, so there are no surprises at the counter.
Our offers focus on older iPhones, but fair prices are not limited to them. Samsung Galaxy, iPad, Apple Watch and console repairs all have published prices, so you can compare before you visit. If you have seen a lower price elsewhere for the same repair and part, tell us and we will be honest about what we can do.
While your phone is with us you can ask about other repairs at the same time, for example a battery and a charging port together. We will price each repair clearly. We also sell accessories in the shop and buy old phones for cash, so if you are upgrading, ask about selling your old handset on our we buy any phone page.
Offers cover a small number of models. To see prices for every phone, tablet, watch and console we repair, use the price finder on our Mega shop page or browse our phone repairs.
Repairs come with a warranty, and if anything goes wrong with a purchase, Which? explains your consumer rights clearly. We always want the chance to put things right first.
