iPhone screen repair

Go to Settings, Battery, Battery Health to see your iPhone battery's condition. If the maximum capacity has dropped well below new, or you see a service message, a new battery will bring back all-day life and stop unexpected shutdowns.

How long does an iPhone repair take?

Most iPhone screen and battery repairs take up to 60 minutes. Charging ports can take as little as 10 minutes when the port only needs cleaning, and longer when it needs replacing.

What does iPhone repair cost?

iPhone repairs start from £19.99, and every price on the model pages includes parts and fitting. Prices depend on three things:

• Your model. Newer iPhones, and Pro and Pro Max models, have more expensive displays.
• The part you choose. Genuine Apple parts through the IRP service cost more than other quality parts.
• Any hidden damage, such as a bent frame or water damage.

We check your iPhone in front of you and confirm the price before we start.

Water damage and iPhones that won't turn on

If your iPhone has been in water, switch it off and don't charge it. Bring it in as soon as you can. Water damage can affect the screen, battery, charging port and the board inside, so we check the phone first and tell you what we find before we quote.

When a phone won't turn on, the cause is often a dead battery or a damaged charging port rather than the phone itself, which can be a quick fix.

Keeping your data safe during iPhone repair

We don't reset iPhones for screen, battery or port repairs, and we don't look at your photos or messages. If a repair could affect your data, we tell you first. Back up to iCloud or a computer before you come in if the phone still works. It takes a few minutes and protects everything that matters.
