27 years on Leagrave Road

We have been trading for 27 years. In that time phones have gone from buttons to folding screens, and we have kept learning with them. Our customers include students, families, older people who want patient help, and local businesses who need their devices back quickly.

How we work

Something you should know about us is that we repair in our own shop. Your device does not leave the building unless you choose a postal repair, and it is not sent away to a third party.

What we repair

Most of our work is on phones and tablets, but we repair far more than that:

• Laptop and MacBook repairs

• Apple Watch screens and batteries

We also sell mobile accessories and used phones in the shop, and we buy phones for cash.

Three ways to get a repair

Most people walk in, and most repairs are done while you wait, usually in under an hour. If you cannot get to us, we offer a collection service within Luton and a mail-in service for the rest of the UK. Whichever you choose, the repair is done by the same team in the same shop.
